Roles at a glance
- Admin — Owns the organization: locations, billing, integrations, roles and everything below.
- Manager — Runs a location: schedules, checklists, counts, approvals, coaching.
- Employee — Works the shift: clocks in, completes tasks, sees the schedule, swaps and requests time off.
