Mays for QSR and fast casual

Same standard on every shift, at quick-service speed.

Daypart checklists with AI photo checks, food safety logs, schedules matched to the rush, quick counts and crew training in one app. One flat fee per location.

Sound familiar?

Standards that slip at 2 p.m.

The morning crew follows the checklist. The afternoon crew ticks it. Nobody can tell the difference until an inspection.

Turnover never stops

New crew every month, and every one of them needs the same training, on the same standard, fast.

Labor that misses the rush

Too many people at 3 p.m., too few at noon, and the schedule is built from last month’s gut feeling.

A day at a quick-service restaurant on Mays

  1. 6 a.m.
    Open

The opening crew clocks in at the shared tablet with a PIN and starts the opening checklist.

  2. 10:30 a.m.
    Food safety

Temperature checks are part of the checklist on the phone, and a connected thermometer flags a cooler that drifts.

  3. Noon
    Rush

The schedule follows the forecast, so the line is staffed for lunch, not for the slow hour after.

  4. 3 p.m.
    Train

A new crew member finishes the fry station module and its quiz on the phone.

  5. 10 p.m.
    Close

Every closing step has a photo, and the AI flags the one that doesn’t meet the standard.

Questions

Can crew members without a company phone use Mays?

Yes. Crew can use their own phone, and a shared tablet in the store works as the time clock with a PIN for each person.

Do I pay for every employee?

No. Mays is one flat fee per location, never per user, so adding a new hire or a seasonal crew does not change the bill. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Staff use the Mays app on iPhone or Android, managers can also work from a browser, and a shared tablet can be the store’s time clock.
