Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mays operations management platform ("Service") provided by YYVZ LLC ("Mays," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are billed according to the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. AI credit purchases are one-time payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (task submissions, messages, photos, documents). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your organization.

5. AI Features

The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI) for features such as photo verification, chat assistance, and automation. AI outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (7shifts, Square, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YYVZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YYVZ LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
