Craftable is built for the back office and the finance team: ordering from every vendor, AP automation, inventory and recipe costing, and daily reporting, for restaurants and hotels. Mays is built for running the store — checklists with AI photo checks, scheduling and time clock, training, team chat and a knowledge base — with inventory, recipes, purchase orders and invoices in the same app. Mays can import your Craftable data, so you can use both or switch.

Yes. Many teams keep their back-office tools and use Mays to run the store: checklists, schedules, the time clock, training and team chat. Mays can import your Craftable items and vendors whenever you want them in Mays too.
Vendors, inventory items and vendor prices — and, depending on how you connect, par levels, recipes and menus. An admin runs it from Inventory → Import, and can run it again to pick up changes.
Mays records vendor invoices — photograph one and the AI drafts it — to add the stock and update your prices, matches them to your purchase orders on receiving, and shows vendor spend. It isn’t built as an accounts-payable system: there’s no automatic GL coding or purchase approval workflow.
