### Why aren’t prices listed?

Your price depends on how many locations you run and which add-ons you want. Tell us a little about your stores and we’ll send you a quote.

### Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan is priced per location, and you can add your whole team — every barista, cook, shift lead and trainee — without the price moving.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 30-day free pilot of every Basic and Pro module, with no card needed. Add-ons aren’t part of the pilot.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes. Admins can move between Basic and Pro under Settings → Billing, and Mays support can help with anything else.

### What are add-ons?

The AI phone receptionist (with optional call recording) and digital signage are extras you can add to any location. Enterprise includes them.

### Is Mays legal advice?
